SURGE CITY
Surge City
is located in the Free States of America north west
of New Texas. Like most major metropolitan cities
it attracts a large roster of heroes and villains.
Best known for Paragon Defender of Surge City and
the super groups Vixens of Virtue, Vixens of Vice,
and The Rogue Titans. Unknown to the heroes of
Surge City it has been infiltrated on many levels
by the Lin Kuei clan of assassins.
